Anchor log
Every hour Bona Fide builds a Merkle tree (RFC 6962, SHA-256) over the envelopes completed since the previous anchor, signs its root with Ed25519 and links it to the previous root. Once published, an anchor can't be changed without breaking every signature and link after it.

Signed message: bona-fide-anchor-v1|sequence|root|previous_root|created_at|leaf_count (UTF-8). Key id = first 16 hex characters of SHA-256 of the raw 32-byte public key.
